Shipping and Returns/Exchanges

SHIPPING

We ship out from from Alabama within 1-3 business days from the moment you place your order if item is in stock and not a preorder or custom made item.

CountryFide is not responsible for delays in shipping times per UPS or USPS.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered by the guaranteed shipping time as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order. We cannot be held liable for any USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877).

We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping time. CountryFide is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. 

CountryFide is not responsible for items marked "delivered" by shipping service providers. You will need to contact your local post office or UPS for information regarding your package delivery.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is based off of weight and destination. FREE shipping on all orders over $150.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges or refund at this time for custom apparel. This includes all tees, sweatshirts, etc. If you have any questions on sizing, please fill free to email us.

Items listed under "Boutique" collection or any other collection/items in collections not customized, may be exchanged for store credit only, if they have not been customized in any way or not listed on website or social media as “sales final” or a discounted/sale item. 

To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hrs of receiving and the item must be returned within 7 calendar days. Your exchange must be approved prior to sending back your order.

To start an exchange, please send email to countryfidecustomsandoutdoors@gmail.com. Please include order number and reason for exchange.

Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or any other signs of damage/wear/tear). Shoes must be returned in their boxes with all applicable packages and placed in a shipment mailer. DO NOT place shipping labels directly on shoe boxes. 

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival. Please let us know right away (please check your items within 48 hours of receipt) by emailing us at countryfidecustomsandoutdoors@gmail.com or use the contact form here on our website!

Colors and patterns may very slightly depending on computer/phone screens. This does not qualify as a defect.

REQUEST TO CANCEL

Orders cannot be changed or modified after checkout. If you wish to cancel your order before it ships a 20% restocking fee will apply. That includes any Pre Orders. Coupon codes cannot be added after order is placed.

If you send back any item that does not qualify for a return you will be responsible for the return shipping to you. Unclaimed return rejects will be donated after 30 days.
